The focus of Phoenix Velo is the fitness training and skill development of our members.
 

We host many training events, focused on new riders and youth, as well as experienced racers. Become a member and get connected with one of the most friendly and helpful sport groups in the Fraser Valley. Our training sessions are suitable for all ages and abilities

Tuesday Night Training

Learn how to race. Phoenix Velo coaches will help you learn how to ride your bike, race your bike , improve your performance on your bike.

Fondo Group Ride. Learn to ride in a pack and the skills to improve your riding Youth training . Practice bike riding and race skills in a closed track with supervision.

Wednesday Night Races — Wednesday Nights (Summer)

The premier bicycle training event in the Fraser Valley, Wentings Wednesday Nite Race Series, must have UCI or CyclingBC race license and have raced previously!

Practice: 6:00pm - 7:00pm
Race Groups start: 7:15pm

Wednesday Night Spin Sessions — Wednesday Nights (Winter)

Stretches the magic of Wednesday night racing through the long winter months.

Thursday Night Time Trials.

Every Thursday night at 7:00 pm, we race one one of four courses.

Saturday Morning Speed

Every Saturday morning at 8:00 am, our head coach Bruce Wenting hosts the best way to get faster on your bike. Starts and finishes at Matsqui Park, in Abbotsford, BC

Sunday Morning Ride Program

Every Sunday morning at 9:00 am, get stronger and enjoy a Sunday morning coffee. More information PVTG Club Google Group
